Directions to a yummy encounter:
Simply add two rounded tablespoons of our latte mix to 6 ounces of hot liquid -
A hot water base provides a more tea like consistency,
whereas milk or soy will give it a richer, creamier texture.

What is chai anyway?
Chai is a black Darjeeling tea.
It has wonderful spices added that
give it not only a wonderful taste but
an amazing soothing aroma.
It is then served in a hot milk base
like a latte.

Does chai have any caffeine?
Chai has a little caffeine because it is a
black tea. The stimulant actually
comes from the spices added. Such
spices as cardamom and cinnamon,
which act as more of a mental
stimulant. So you stimulate your mind,
without all the coffee caffeine jitters.
This is where we get our saying:

We do carry a decaf which come in our
traditional spice flavor.
